General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

T&C for Member Associations

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of member associations towards the Swiss Tablesoccer Federation (STF).

  1. As a member of Swiss Olympic, the STF is subject to the Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute and the Doping Statute of Swiss Olympic as well as further clarifying documents.

  2. The Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute and the Doping Statute as well as further clarifying documents are binding for the STF itself, its employees, board members, members, sub-organisations (e.g. partial, regional or cantonal associations, sections, clubs) as well as their respective bodies, members, employees, athletes, coaches, support staff, doctors and officials.

  3. The STF is committed to healthy, respectful, fair and successful sport. It embodies these values by treating others with respect, acting and communicating transparently – both itself and its bodies and members. To this end, the STF and its direct and indirect members acknowledge and comply with the Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute of Swiss Sport and the Doping Statute of Swiss Olympic as well as further clarifying documents. The sports federation disseminates these principles within its sphere of activity.

  4. As members of the STF, clubs and their members are subject to the Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute and the Doping Statute of Swiss Olympic as well as further clarifying documents.

  5. Member associations commit to complying with the regulations and statutes of the STF and to actively contributing to their implementation.

  6. Member associations are obliged to inform their members about the applicable rules and obligations and to ensure compliance.

  7. The STF aims to protect the integrity, safety and fairness of table soccer competitions from any form of manipulation and/or corrupt activities.

  8. Member associations and their members are obliged to refrain from any form of unfair influence and manipulation of sporting competitions, and in particular to comply with the relevant provisions of the ITSF (International Table Soccer Federation) and the Ethics Statute of Swiss Olympic. The provisions of the ITSF and the Ethics Statute for Swiss sport apply in all other respects.

  9. In the event of violations of these T&C or the STF regulations, the STF reserves the right to take appropriate measures in accordance with the applicable statutes and regulations, including withdrawal of membership.


T&C for Players

By registering in Coral and participating in STF tournaments, players accept the following General Terms and Conditions.

  1. As a member of Swiss Olympic, the STF is subject to the Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute and the Doping Statute of Swiss Olympic as well as further clarifying documents.

  2. The Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute and the Doping Statute as well as further clarifying documents are binding for the STF itself, its employees, board members, members, sub-organisations (e.g. partial, regional or cantonal associations, sections, clubs) as well as their respective bodies, members, employees, athletes, coaches, support staff, doctors and officials.

  4. Players acknowledge and accept upon licensing the regulations, statutes and decisions of the STF as well as the ITSF (International Table Soccer Federation) as binding.

  5. Players commit to fair behaviour towards fellow players, referees, tournament organisers and all other participants.

  6. Players are obliged to comply with the applicable anti-doping regulations of Swiss Olympic. Violations are penalised in accordance with the Doping Statute of Swiss Olympic.

  7. By applying for a licence in Coral, players confirm that they have read and accepted these T&C.

  8. The STF aims to protect the integrity, safety and fairness of table soccer competitions from any form of manipulation and/or corrupt activities.

  9. Players are obliged to refrain from any form of unfair influence and manipulation of sporting competitions, and in particular to comply with the relevant provisions of the ITSF (International Table Soccer Federation) and the Ethics Statute of Swiss Olympic. The provisions of the ITSF and the Ethics Statute for Swiss sport apply in all other respects.

  10. In the event of violations of these T&C or the STF regulations, the STF reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including temporary or permanent exclusion from tournament operations.


T&C for Tournaments

By registering for an STF tournament, players accept the following General Terms and Conditions for tournaments.

  1. As a member of Swiss Olympic, the STF is subject to the Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute and the Doping Statute of Swiss Olympic as well as further clarifying documents. These provisions apply to all participants in STF tournaments.

  2. The Ethics Charter, the Ethics Statute and the Doping Statute as well as further clarifying documents are binding for all tournament participants, tournament organisers, referees and other officials.

  3. Players participating in an STF tournament accept these T&C as well as all other applicable STF regulations. Registration for a tournament constitutes confirmation of this acceptance.

  4. Players commit to sportingly fair behaviour. Unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to disqualification.

  5. Tournament registrations are made exclusively via Coral. Registrations via other channels are not accepted.

  6. A valid licence (in accordance with the current licence regulations) is a prerequisite for participation in tournaments with a corresponding licensing requirement. Players without a valid licence may be excluded from participation.

  7. Any applicable tournament and licence fees must be paid in accordance with the current licence regulations and the tournament announcement. By registering for a tournament, players commit to paying the applicable fees.

  8. Decisions of referees and tournament management are to be respected and are binding. Appeals must be submitted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

  9. The STF aims to protect the integrity, safety and fairness of table soccer competitions from any form of manipulation and/or corrupt activities.

  10. All tournament participants are obliged to refrain from any form of unfair influence and manipulation of sporting competitions, and in particular to comply with the relevant provisions of the ITSF (International Table Soccer Federation) and the Ethics Statute of Swiss Olympic. The provisions of the ITSF and the Ethics Statute for Swiss sport apply in all other respects.

  11. In the event of violations of these T&C or the STF regulations, the STF reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including exclusion from the current tournament as well as future tournaments.
